If you are like me, you don’t really like to go shopping for new clothes. It’s not that i don’t enjoy buying a new outfit or finding a new fit or style I like. I simply don’t enjoy the process of clothes shopping.
Ok, maybe when I was a size 0 – 4 I did, but my body isn’t the size it used to be! I’m ok with how I look. In fact, I think I look pretty darn good for my age. But trying to find clothes that fit all of my curves and height without being too tight in some areas or baggy in another is quite a hassle.
Not to mention the fitting rooms! I go in excited to try on my picks. First outfit goes on with no problems. I keep trying on a few more combinations of clothing, even the one item I know isn’t going to fit but I just have to try. (You know what I’m talking about.) Usually about halfway through my self-modeling session, I’m frustrated, flushed red, my hair is completely disheveled and I’m ready to burst from the dressing room like a 2 year old about to throw a serious tantrum!
Other times I’ll try something on, and whether it is the strange retail lighting or the magical mirrors in those dressing rooms, for some reason the piece just doesn’t look the same when I go to wear it a few days later.
Now though, I’ve found a service that takes the pain out of clothes shopping and actually helps me to self-educate on what fits and styles look best on ME, all in the privacy of my home. And the best part is, I get to wear new clothes almost every week and I don’t have to buy them if I don’t want to!
